About Mike Villia,
Born in Minnesota, Mike’s family moved around Europe and the US as a military family until settling down in Colorado at the ripe old age of five. After graduating high school and some community college, he decided to dig deeper in higher education. First, he completed his Real Estate license at Kaplan College (previously Jones Real Estate College / Dearborn Financial). After a number of years with national brands as Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, and Caldwell Banker, Mike once again furthered his education by going back to college and double majoring in business earning his Bachelors Degrees in Business Management & Business Administration. But he wasn’t done yet, he went back to Real Estate College as well to earn his Employing Broker License and began hiring additional brokers for his own company. And, 20 years of real estate experience later, he is still going strong and knows the Denver Metro market very well.
Mike has worked in many areas of Real Estate in Denver, including First Time Home Buyers, Fix & Flips, Rental Investment Properties, Apartment Buildings and even worked double duty as a mortgage broker within his own company. Well, times have changed and so have the Real Estate Market conditions in Colorado. His primary focus now is Residential Real Estate in Metro Denver and selling local small businesses and small Commercial Real Estate like many of our local Mom & Pop businesses we all love within our own communities. With his commercial side, Mike can help you start a business by buying an existing business, or sell a business you have already built and are ready to sell.
